With today’s current society focusing more on healthy eating habits and fitness programs, it only makes sense to use organic vitamins and organic hair care products. Unfortunately, many people still think organic vitamins and organic hair care products are all the same. However, this is not true. Most of today’s popular organic vitamins contain synthetic materials and chemicals. Synthetic materials can end up hurting your body in several ways.

For instance, most organic vitamins contain toxins known as free radicals and dioxane. Free radicals are artificial chemicals that attack cells in your body. They break down healthy cells and cause cancer. Other organic products ingredients include parabens, fragrances, dioxane, and others. These and other chemical additives have been linked to numerous health problems, including cancer. It’s important to know that product that contains any of these ingredients doesn’t mean it’s good.

Another problem with many organic vitamins is that they lack vital minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium. Since these are found in fruits and vegetables, they shouldn’t lack in your diet as well. However, many organic vitamins fail to list the minerals they provide. It means you may be getting enough nutrients when you’re getting less than you need in reality.

The third problem with organic vitamins and minerals is that they’re not as bio-available as natural foods. It means they must be processed before you even think about absorbing them. Even then, not all of the nutrients are absorbed, which means you’re spending even more money on organic vitamins because you’re paying for waste instead of getting what you need.

Many people still think organic vitamins and minerals are just naturally present in plants and foods. While it’s true that plants naturally contain plenty of nutrients, the fact is that without processing, many of those nutrients are lost. Processing plants deplete nutrients through chemical processes such as washing, steaming, and soaking. It means that even if plants are high in nutrients, they may not be bio-available to you through natural food means.

If you take a multivitamin daily, you’re probably getting the recommended daily dose of each essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. If you want more of one particular nutrient, you can increase the dosage until it’s appropriate. Organic Vitamins and minerals are the best choices for boosting your nutrient levels. However, suppose you want to get everything you need to keep your body healthy and function properly. In that case, it’s a much better idea to purchase organic supplements instead of organic vitamins and minerals.
