But, a diet consisting of too many fruits or fruit juices can also be bad for you. Some fruits are naturally lower in fat than others, but you may find that you consume large portions of fruits with little to no health benefits if you overeat them. Vegetables are another area where you can eat a wide variety of healthy foods. Lean protein is an excellent source of building protein and maintaining muscle mass. Vitamins and minerals are essential for healthy eating and staying healthy. You can get many vitamins from fresh fruits and vegetables, which you should include in your diet. In addition, healthy eating is eating a variety of healthy carbohydrates, including whole wheat bread, fresh fruits, vegetables, and other protein sources.
