For Shipped Orders

30-Day Return Window: Shelf-stable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery What We Accept: Unopened pantry staples, spices, and specialty products in original packaging Quality Issues: If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you

For In-Store Purchases

Flexible Returns: Bring your receipt and we’ll gladly exchange or refund shelf-stable products Fresh & Prepared Foods: While we can’t accept returns on perishable items for food safety reasons, if you’re not satisfied, please let us know – we value your feedback and want to improve

When We Can’t Accept Returns

  • Perishable items (fresh produce, prepared foods, dairy)

Damaged Shipments: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours – we’ll make it right immediately. Wrong Item: Our mistake? We’ll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.
